Requirements
- Malaysian only
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Passionate in fashion
- Fluent in English.
- Well-groomed and pleasant personality
- Knowledge in customer service and sales
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Replenish stock, maintain high standards of merchandise. Product presentation and control products from a quality point of view
- Maintain store cleanness and tidiness, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the visual merchandising standard
- Demonstrate an understand of the designer brand industry and stay up-to-date with current trends and styles.
- Meet individual and team sales target through effective selling techniques.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
