Financial Management

• Ensures the accurate and timely creation of accounts and processing of financial transactions
• Ensures efficient and effective accounting operations and flow of financial information
• Ensures funds received and disbursed by implementing and auditing procedures for proper control and timely deposits and disbursements
• Analyzes and reviews financial data for sites include budgetary control, prepares financial statements and reports for internal and external purposes and provides resolutions to a diverse range of problems

Cash Flow Management

• Ensure timely collection at all site offices
• Credit control policies and procedures are adhere to by all site
• Proper cash management by placing FD for additional cash and adequate cash flow for sites

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the full sets of accounts
• SST, With holding tax
• Managed HR Payroll
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent on the audit and tax issue respectively to ensure compliance to Accounting Standard and Tax requirement include the dateline of submission.
