Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management / Business Studies / Marketing or any other related field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Simplified Mandarin Pinyin, English, especially possess good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • With 3 years solid work experience and knowledge in organizing M.I.C.E Tour.
  • Computer literate : MS Office is compulsory, especially Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sales orientated, positive mindset with “Can Do” attitude and a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
  • Teamwork and good communication skills.
  • Strongly developed networking and negotiation skills as well as analytical skills.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent motivation & leadership skills to drive team performance.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Midah, Cheras

Responsibilities

  • In-charges of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau Market with efficiency quotation (as needed to ensure accurate quotes and lead times).
  • Maintenance of existing and building of new relationships by provision of any necessary support and recommendations on new opportunities.
  • Resolving of any issues on the clients' site and cooperation with respective other departments.
  • Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring inbound marketing channels and activities.
  • Overseeing the daily sales and service operation in the department.
  • Liaise with local and oversea agents / suppliers / partners on events arrangements & finalization.
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
  • Manage relationships / agreements with external partners / vendors.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
