Requirements

 

  • An organised and structured individual with ability to focus on task assigned to him/her
  • A customer oriented individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia effectively
  • Ability to work individually and in a team

  • Ability to work under pressure

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Answering whatsapp messages from customer and potential customer in timely and quality manner
  • Assist customers in their queries about the treatment, pricing and appointment booking
  • Schedule and slot in customer's appointment
  • Communicate with branches on daily appointments
  • Communicate with the customers on their appointments (confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and etc)
  • Provide support to the customers as and when required
  • Other administrative task related to customer service
