Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office management experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Taking minutes
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Data entry (sales figures, document compilation etc.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Financial Consultant and Senior Management
  • HR task
