Requirements
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.
- Proven experience as a Media Manager or a similar role.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, PR and branding management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Media & Communications team by develop, execute PR, media/press and branding strategies that align with Company’s business goals and objectives.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities for existing or new product launching.
- Organise, coordinate & manage effective promotional events both locally (at various locations/cities of Malaysia) & internationally.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and etc.
- Plan and manage all areas of content generation including website content, social media marketing, including not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
- Monitor writing and proofreading copy, liaising with designers and printers, organizing photo shoots, arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Work together closely with sales team, to identify key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve them.
- Identify opportunities of improvement and engagement to expand brand awareness.
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient allocation of resources.
- Create reports with analytics to send to stakeholders for updates on performance by weekly or monthly for the effectiveness of all activities/campaign.
