Requirements
- Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Proven working experience in e-commerce or digital marketing in the Malaysian market is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers in both written and spoken communication.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on social media platforms to build rapport and encourage repeat purchases.
- Produce products update and create compelling content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and customer needs.
- Explore Malay KOLs and influencers and establish partnerships to promote our products.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content and turn their influence into business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and market expansion.
- Upload new products and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research and optimization.
