- Physically IT and healthy to work in cold environment & manage heavy loads
- Have motor/driving license and willing to travel within Kelantan
- Willing to learn quickly.
- High adaptability on work requirement.
- Mature thinking with great work ethic such as full attendance, good punctuality and accountable to keep company confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent stock maintenance
- Excellent merchandising on shelving with the correct & proper label of pricing
- All stocks are in reasonable date before expiry
- Ensure all stocks are correct & in good condition upon receiving and or delivery
- Ensure cleanliness & freshness of stocks
- Ensure NO stock damages, wastage and expiry due to negligence
- Accountable on maintenance of tools & equipment, fixtures and cold room in retail outlets
- Accountable in operation staffing which includes full attendance & punctuality at all time
- Manage the role & responsibility of operation staffs which includes stocking, merchandising and provide excellent customer service
- Attend to customer enquiries & demand, comments and complaints
