Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the above in accounting / finance or the related.
- At least 8 years’ business control experiences including 2-3 years’ financial management leading a small group of team.
- MIA/ACCA is a must and Big 4 Consulting/Auditing firm experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written); as well as fluency in Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with head office.
- Business Partnering skills and a good team player.
- Operationally in tune with the business with a keen eye for analysis and details.
- Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense.
- Driven, sharp, results orientated with strong understanding of business operations and key drivers.
- Ability to strike a good balance between cost control versus value adding.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all functions of finance & accounting in Malaysia plant as well as taxation, audit & bank issues.
- Responsible for Month end closing of IKD Malaysia and KCA. Responsible for GL journal review.
- Prepare reporting package and analysis report according to the group requirement.
- Timely provide financial analysis reports, and provide financial information for decision-making of management.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of tax reconciliation and declaration, including annual tax returns and TP filing.
- Identify potential tax issues, deliver solutions embedded with tax compliance and control process to mitigate the potential tax risk.
- Co-work with HQ for ERP system implementation projects.
- Budget/Forecast preparation and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Champion and support process improvement initiatives throughout the business.
- Established the company's internal control system, assisted the general manager in monitoring the operation of the internal management system and proposed improvement plans.
- Other adhoc task.
