Requirements
- Previous experience in CIDB and Sirim COA import procedures within the steel industry.
- Proven experience with import and export logistics, particularly in the steel sector.
- Familiarity with processing PC License documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork preparation and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee CIDB and Sirim COA import procedures for steel-related goods.
- Manage import and export logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Process PC License documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and review paperwork for shipments, including invoices and documentation related to customs clearance.
- Maintain records of import and export transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to organize and analyze import/export data.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
