Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
- Proven experience as a Chemist in a research and development or quality control environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and instrumentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to develop and improve existing products or create new ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
- Perform chemical analysis using various laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and experimental results.
- Prepare detailed reports on research findings and testing outcomes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
