Requirements
- With minimum 1 year of working experiences as machinery maintenance technician would be an added advantage.
- Preferably fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking directors.
- Possess own transport
Responsibilities
- Repair, install, replace and service machines and equipment in the factory.
- Inspecting, diagnosing problems, analyzing, and troubleshooting machines and equipment.
- Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
- Sourcing replacement parts when IT necessary.
- To advise to Management to negotiate to supplier to get more compatible prices for replacement parts.
- Performing preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and avoid breakdowns.
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
- Planning and scheduling repairs.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Repairing electrical components such as wiring, switches, and circuit boards.
- Ensure that all machines comply with minimal safety requirements.
- To assign any ad-hoc job task from time to time by the Management.
