Requirements
- Proficient in industry products, production processes and technical knowledge.
- Familiar with mold structure and processing.
- Familiar with Tooling maintenance in injection molding environment.
- Secondary School or equivalent preferred; or more than 3 years of Tooling related experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop mold manufacturing process and enhance manufacturing capability.
- Plan and establish tech standard of mold manufacturing.
- Develop and improve mold manufacturing and process development& improvement.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new mold manufacturing.
- Evaluate, develop, and improve the fixtures which are applied in production and measuring equipment.
- Support the analysis, development, and improvement of standard clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System.
- Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation.
- Support new mold tech test and establish related tools and system.
- Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
