Requirements
- Knowledge in troubleshooting, Interpersonal and Communication skill, and a good team player.
- Able to do Install, servicing, troubleshooting (CCTV, IP Camera, Door Access, IOT)
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- At Least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work and travel mainly in Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor), Outstation when necessary.
- Own transportation
Responsibilities
- Support Customer on Building Surveillance, AI IOT Application and other related systems.
- Install new application and infrastructure, data back-up.
- IP Camera - Dahua, HIKVision
- Access System - EntryPass, Microengine, ZKTeco, Falco and other system installation knowledge
- Knowledge in Software, Network and Hardware will be in added advantage.
- Interacting with customer to answer technical questions and resolving customer issues.
- Assist Head of IT in problem resolving and work closely on further IT development and planning.
- Responsible to provide technical support and ensuring the network infrastructure is well integrated, properly configured, tested, secured and available for service on time.
- To identified problem and issues (Technical / Work Progress, etc) encountered and highlight to Project Manager.
