Shift Control – Open & Close shop

• To Open / Close Shop on a daily basis
• To monitor cashier in terms of cashiering, housekeeping & stocks replenishment
• To do a security check during his/her shift
• To Investigate cash excess/shortages

To manage all Cash, Credit Cards, Vouchers, Coupons and any other document with monetary value transaction including correct balancing of cash and credit cards received

• Morning and entrance greeting
• Offer basket
• Offer help
• Suggestive selling
• Both hand handling
• Exit greeting
• Updated Product Knowledge/Information  

Customer Service

• To Ensure Good Customer Service of SA under her own care
• To Conduct Briefing & Training in regards to service
• To help the shops to achieve 90% + Mystery Shopper score.
• Stocks Management
• Accurate Stocks Ordering to ensure minimum OOS & minimum TOD
• Accurate Receiving from DC & Direct Supplier
• To execute stocks return to suppliers.
• Any other task, as and when assigned by the Management

Working Conditions (Eg: Color Blind, Work On Public Holiday/shift)

• Must be able to work on a shift basis, on weekends & public holiday
• Must be able to be transferred to another outlet
• Must have good grooming habits
• Must be able to work mid-night shift during stock take time, and company special event occasion
• Must be able to answer messages from shop managers during a rest day for emergency cases
