Requirements
- Rapidly learn product knowledge and construction fundamentals.
- Confidently communicate and present in English for high-ticket sales.
- A team player to liaise with installer, purchasing department & Sales Coordinator for order fulfilment process
- Down to earth person with open minded in adapting guidance & advise set by General Manager
- Out-going personality and willing to travel extensively to various outstation areas.
Responsibilities
- To follow up leads generated by marketing department timely with given guidance
- To pursue for appointment to meet the prospect for conversion to sales
- To update & manage the leads database with feedback to marketing department with front line findings on leads quality/ other market intelligence
- To follow up on payments & collection timely and feedback to Finance Department;
- Submit monthly Sales Planner & Collection Status Report on every first Tuesday of Monthly Sales Meeting
- Ensure site condition is ready and feedback for required delivery/ work commencement schedule
