Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
Responsibilities
- Encourage to involve in sales cycle : obtaining information about customers’ circumstances necessary to determine appropriate type of insurance and conditions; negotiating with customers to determine type and degree of risk for which insurance is required;
- Attend a series of professional training to equip candidate with knowledge and skill, role play and on field practical training for their personal growth and equip them with knowledge to prepare product and skill presentation material.
- Follow up customer service, new business, claim for agency field force
- Handling administration work for agency
