Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Computer literate and Good in Microsoft applications.
- Multitasking, hardworking and good personality
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Administrative skills with high level of accuracy.
- Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Assist to handle all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Handle administrative tasks such as purchases and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related queries.
- Assist with payroll processing and calculation.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
