Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Professional Certificate
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Alternative off-day on Saturday
- To use accounting software (i.e.SQL Accounting Software)
- Strong attention to detail
- Be persistent, well organized and able to work under pressure.
- Candidate have to do fullset accounting
Responsibilities
- Taking care of all financial matters within the company
- Handle Account Payable and Account Receivable
- Prepare payments and related accounting work jobs
- Perform daily account transaction, filling, monthly bank reconciliation, claim & etc
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry
- To prepare weekly & monthly Sales Reports for management review.
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly before prepare payments to supplies and claims.
- To ensure legal compliance and financial control
- Perform other ad hoc assignment as and when required.
