Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least in Diploma
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant Account Payable working experience is required for this position.
- Knowledge of accounting software, preferable in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations on preparation of CP58 forms and withholding tax.
- Preferably in real estate agency industry is an added advantage (AP processes & agent commissions)
- Required languages: English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Validate agents commission.
- Summarizing agents' total earnings and commission.
- Respond to agents' inquiries related to commission matters.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations including the withholding
- Preparation of CP58 forms for agents
- Ensure all accounting records are properly update and reconcile in accounting system.
- Ensure proper filing of accounting records and documents.
