Requirements
- Fresh Grade from SPM is welcome
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Possess product knowledge, Strategic Prospecting Skill, Presentation Skill, closing deal
Responsibilities
- Efficient Reply on customer required
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Understand company product well and answer customer queries
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the RM system
- Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and issues
- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training programs
- Handling customer inquiries
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Serving walk-in customers
- Registration of Customer Data
- Key-in of Customer Data, Insurance top up
- Serving Existing Customers to the Safe Deposit Box
- Cleaning after your own workplace
- Any other duties that assigned by immediate superior / assistant from time to time.
