Requirements
- Malaysians only
- Able to read and speak English
- Experience in kitchen work is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures is an added advantage.
- Must be hardworking and punctual. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to use Google Sheet is an added advantage
- Ability to lift up to 20kg.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Able to work afternoon shift (12pm to 9pm)
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, process, pack, label and store pet food
- Understand and plan daily cooking activities based on the schedule provided.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, grating, and defrosting ingredients
- Cooking pet food using simple methods like boiling, steaming and baking following the recipes provided.
- Packing, labeling and storage of ingredients and cooked food according with food safety regulations.
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations and cleaning schedules including sweeping, mopping floors and trash throwing.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Packaging of products for delivery to customers.
- Inventory monitoring and reporting.
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen supervisor.
- Understand and complies with the mandatory hygiene standards
- Operate kitchen machines and tools.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior
