Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Language proficiency: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms like Tik Tok, Lemon 8, XiaoHongShu and Instagram
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
