Requirements
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Preferable with at least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Minimum possess Diploma in Marketing
- Experienced and comfortable in handling customer inquiries via whatsapp, FB, IG, Telegram & etc
- Familiar with TikTok, IG, Canva or PhotoShop
- Willing to standby support during weekend
- Willing to travel locally or abroad
- Coordinate with customers
- Social media savvy
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in handling computers and mobile apps
Responsibilities
- To coordinate with customers and vendors
- Budgeting & Planning for event & field trip
- To support event/trip planning pre & post arrangement
- Back & front end support during online event (zoom meeting)
- To manage customer database
- Q&A (all channels : Whatsapp, Telegram, TikTok, IG, FB & etc)
- Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results
- General reports as and when required
