Requirements

  • Minimum SPM holder
  • 12 hours rotate shift (7am to 7 pm OR 7pm to 7am)
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support is advantages
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Communicate through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve complaints.
  • Have thorough product knowledge.
  • Process orders, forms, etc.
  • Keep records of interactions.
  • Coordinate with colleagues.
  • Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
  • Manage junior representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support.
