Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Junior Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the customers, ensuring their satisfaction and enabling smooth business operations. As a Junior Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our client's customer support team, ensuring their clients' adoption of and success with our client's software application, thereby driving the growth of our client's organization.
Reports To : Lead Support Engineer (CMS)
Location : Kuala Lumpur (Primarily work from home)
Working Hours : 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary & package offered will commensurate with candidate's experience.
