Requirements
- Min SPM
- Required to read & write in Japanese/ Korean
- JLPT / Topiik will be addtional advantage
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio files, to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Moderate and enforce content standards to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive online environment.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content, such as hate speech, harassment, violence, and graphic imagery.
- Analyze context and intent to make nuanced decisions about content moderation, considering cultural sensitivities and legal requirements.
- Review reported content and user-generated reports to address violations and take appropriate action, such as content removal, warning messages, or account suspensions.
- Escalate complex or high-risk content issues to senior reviewers or management for further evaluation and resolution.

Rotational Shift timing
Morning shift 7am - 4pm
Afternoon shift 1pm - 10pm
Night shift 9pm - 6am
