Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Previous experience in accounting at least for 2 years preferred on Finance Department
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Autocount)
- Multitasking,proactive, discipline and independent
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work long hours and during weekend when required by management.
- Passion in humanitarian works
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of Financial and Management Accounting Reports.
- Responsible for data entry, updating and maintaining accounting records.
- Perform daily accounting activities such as bank reconciliation and update ledgers in accounting system.
- Ensure all of collection and payment received properly accounted in the system.
- Responsible for high quality bookkeeping practice are in place.
- Maintain an efficient control system of filing records and correspondence.
- Assist for Annual Audit and liaise with external auditor.
- Communicate effectively with team and donors to gather necessary information and resolve any issue.
- Follow up with the teams and donors for outstanding supporting documents.
- Performs administrative and clerical job for the purpose of support daily operation of Finance Department.
