Requirements
- Having a degree or diploma in any discipline;
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B management and a minimum of 2 years as a responsible Manager;
- Good technical knowledge or SOP;
- Proven ability to uphold company operations and standards;
- Advanced knowledge of P&L and financial statements.
- Language requirement: Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and managing the restaurant to achieve company goals, sales, staffing, utilities, inventory, food costs, and any other matters related to daily restaurant operations;
- Managing restaurant teams to provide customers with high-quality products and excellent service - existing CHAMPS;
- Restaurant float management, retail money, sales money, and stock; Cash Handling & Restaurant Security Policies must be adhered to;
- Monitoring and managing costs to ensure profitability;
- Driver Scorecard Performance and P&L Performance;
- Participating in all local restaurant marketing, training, and cleaning activities;
- Ensuring safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met;
- Coaching, Developing, and Training Management;
- Maintaining all company policies and standards;
- Performing other duties as directed from time to time.
