Requirements

  • Education level: SPM and above; Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply
  • Language: Mandarin, Malaysia, English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Self-discipline and detail-oriented
  • Can start immediately is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • To handle office documentation and administration works.
  • To handle all office management works.
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls, Whatsapp.
  • Monitor documents dispatched and received.
  • Recording documents flow and filing.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
