Requirements
- ICSA qualification, ICSA graduates or ICSA finalist
- Fresh grad in Business Management with Companies Act 1965 and/or 2016 Knowledge is encouraged to apply
- With or without experience in company secretarial work. Training will be provided
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages (Mandarin) will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility, able to work independently with minimum supervision and has positive attitude
Responsibilities
- To assist and support the company secretary in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions
- Daily to respond to calls and emails and Maintain statutory files
- To assist any administrative work
- To prepare, maintain and update all secretarial records and statutory compliance required under the relevant authorities
- To liaise with clients, auditors, SSM and other relevant authorities as and when required
- Knowledge of Secretarial software, MYCOID, MBRS, MyDATA and e-Info will be an advantage
- To attend other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
