Requirements
- Must have knowledge in AutoCad, Tool and Die, SolidWorks skills
- Education: Min Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related field is typically required.
- Those have relevant working experience in related field is added advantage (will be preferable in Tools Designer or Moulding Designer)
- Able to speak, write and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin (added advantage)
- Able to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Read customers part Blueprints
- Analyze the specifications and requirements of the customer or engineers.
- Use computer software to design 3D models and 2D drawings of moulds.
- Perform simulations and calculations to ensure the functionality and feasibility of the designs.
- Optimize the designs for quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the tool makers, mould makers and production staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the designs.
- Test and validate the mould and products and make adjustments as needed.
- Documents and report the design process and results
