Requirements
- No education & no working experience required.
- Must able speak in Mandarin.
- Positive Attitude and Resilience: Maintaining a positive attitude, even in difficult situations, can make a significant difference in customer interactions.
- Team Player: Collaborating with colleagues and other team members is often necessary in service-oriented roles.
- Patience and Empathy, Dealing with customers often requires patience. Empathy allows service liners to understand the customer's perspective and respond with understanding and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Consulting customer problem and suggest the suitable treatment
- Customise Massage Technique
- Regularly assessing and monitoring client progress throughout the therapy process
- Passion on sharing health information to customer
- Perform good professional working ethics and be resposibility
