Requirements
- A strong understanding of decorating techniques
- Has a physical stamina and good communication skills
- Previous baking and decorating experience or culinary education
- Creative in designing, decoration and using frosting flowers, sugar gum paste, fondant, modelling chocolate and other edible materials
Responsibilities
- Taking customers' cake orders
- Following instructions and special requests
- Providing suitable recommendations on cake decorations and designs
- Creating frosting and decorating cakes with icing, sugar gum paste, fondant, frosting flowers and other edible materials.
