Requirements
- SPM & above
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management
- Experience in website management as a plus.
- Experience in content creation tools such as CANVA or other editing software
- Experience with Google Analytics and an understanding of the operational rules of various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive online traffic and conversions.
- Manage and operate social media platform accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, etc.) by planning and curating content.
- Create various graphical and video content for product introductions, user instructions, and product-related operations.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics/Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the social media presence and performance.
