  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Microsoft Office System (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Handling administrative request and queries from superior
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities
  • Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filling system
