Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess good graphic design , photography and video editing skills
- Able to use video editing apps like cap cut, alight motion, adobe photoshop and graphic design apps like canva.
- A creative person, not camera shy
- Good communication skill, good time management and well organised
- Able to work independantly and within a small team
- Able to have own initiatives to learn product knowledge and services.
- Able to work remotely , take online briefings fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, fluent in Mandarin is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company social media account, websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
- Assist in creating engaging and creative digital content across various platforms such as social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Research industry trends and competitors' content to stay updated on best practices and opportunities for innovation.
- Create and edit multimedia content including videos, images, graphics, and animations using software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist in managing and scheduling content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Support in optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Assist in community management by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering positive relationships with the audience.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry news to contribute fresh ideas and insights to content strategy.
