Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally with 4A, brand, or distributor background.
- Driven by performance, adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Highly responsible, independent, and skilled at multitasking.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including problem analysis and solution implementation.
- Experience in influencer/KOL management and growth is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in trend analysis and community engagement.
- Enjoys participating in meme culture and spotting trending topics.
- Adaptable in administrative tasks and experienced in large-scale project execution.
- Displays logical and creative thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist the company's contract creators in planning well-structured project budgets, process management, and schedule planning.
- Support creators in their business tasks and facilitate communication.
