Requirements
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Have at least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for junior / assistant position.
- Well versed in computerized accounting systems; having experience in Excel & SQL Accounting system will have an added advantage.
- Enthusiastic in learning.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good time management and able to meet tight deadline.
- Positive working attitude, disciplined and strong sense of responsibility
- Preferably candidates who able to join us immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- To record and update daily transactions in accounting software to ensure all information is accurate and immediately available when needed.
- To prepare and maintain all necessary listings, such as: Fixed Assets, Prepayment, Deposits, Accruals Listing.
- To reconcile any discrepancies for balance sheet accounts (Cash & Bank, Prepayment, Accruals, Provision)
- To execute effectively tasks or instructions given by your superior and willing to change when there is new implementation to your current work.
