Requirements
- SPM, Diploma & other equivalent related field
- Own transport motorcycle & car
- Can start immediately
- Active & Good in time management
- No Preferably sex
- Good Health
Responsibilities
- Managing parts of construction & cleaning services projects
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
- To provide technical advice about, plan, organise and supervise construction projects.
- Providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time and within budget.
