Responsibility

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging cultivate for various social media platforms, (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Shopee).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends
• Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.
• Write and edit copies for social media posts and ensure alignment with our brand guideline.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Faster and build relationships with followers to enhance brand presence.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather information and content for social media initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
