Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin-speaking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills & familiar with Microsoft Office
- Willing to work at Wisma Sunway, Iskandar Puteri
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates or Ocean base CS/OP are encouraged to apply, training provided
Responsibilities
- Full responsibilities in planning & coordination activities related to Freight Forwarding/Logistic activities.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide recommendations & solutions in timely manners.
- Coordinates with internal & external parties on logistics process & documentation preparation.
