Requirements
We are seeking a resourceful, goal-oriented Sales Associate with a strong sales background to join our passionate team.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin (Speak/Write/Read/Listen) to liaise with Mandarin clients.
- At least 1 years of sales experience.
- A person who is organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task.
- Fast learner and willingness to learn
- Resourceful and strives to exceed their individual and team sales
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Team player who works well across departments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to be on standby duty after work hours to take on new inquiries (once or twice a week)
- Able to use WeChat and Xiao Hong Shu (XHS)
Responsibilities
- Sales-driven and create new sales channels.
- Follow up sales leads and coordination of charters from start to finish, including arrangement of deliverables with vendors.
- Prepare sales deck, business development, sales presentations, and solicitation to clients
- Updating of schedules, Google Calendars, and other administrative work
- Quotations and vendor sourcing
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and manage promotion and strategic sales.
- Responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Require to report attendance via MS Teams on specific timing
- Other related activities and ad-hoc tasks
