Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification, with a preference for degrees in Marketing, Media, Entertainment Management, or related fields.
- Have rich experience in talent management or artist management, familiar with the operation mechanism and market dynamics of the entertainment industry.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with various groups.
- Full of passion for the entertainment industry, with strong teamwork spirit and execution ability.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and adaptability, capable of dealing with various complex situations and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting and managing hosts and artists, establishing good cooperative relationships, and assisting them in achieving career development goals.
- Expand and maintain channels for talent resources, seeking new potential collaboration opportunities, and expanding the company's lineup of artists and market influence.
- Plan and organize various activities and promotional events for artists, enhancing their visibility and popularity.
- Coordinate and manage the work and schedules of artists, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
