Requirements
- Required language : Mandarin Compulsory
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
- Good problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of handling various situations effectively under pressure.
- Good time management and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong learning ability and adaptability to quickly grasp product knowledge and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle customers' enquiries/feedbacks.
- To provide and support customer service.
- Placing orders through system.
- Liaise with relevant departments on solutions to resolve customers' feedbacks.
- Follow-up and revert to customers within timelines.
- Ensure proper follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
