Requirements
- Coordinate with customers
- Membership activation and follow up
- Social media savvy
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledge in handling basic computer; Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am–6pm) Saturday (8:30am–1pm) ; Routine standby online or physical support during event on weekend / Public Holidays
Responsibilities
- To manage customer database
- To coordinate with customers
- Membership activation and follow up
- Back end support during webinar or live stream
- Q&A (all channels : Whatsapp, FB, IG, Telegram)
- Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems
- General reports as and when required
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
