Requirements
- Minimum of SPM level education.
- Good spoken and written mastery for English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Growth driven and a great team player.
- Adaptable, fast paced and wiling to learn/re-learn skills.
- Friendly, customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile for our 'kawans'!
- Willing to do physical work where necessary and stand for extended periods of time.
- Diligent in doing quality assurance checks and ensuring the tidiness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Be passionate and interested about the products we sell.
- Have to be quick on your feet and quick thinking!
- Assist in day-to-day restocking and constant quality assurance.
- Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
- Pay attention to buying patterns and be able to assist store manager in maximizing sales.
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Available location (Setapak,Bandar Utama,Ara Damansara,Old Klang Road and Seputeh)
