Requirements
- Have basic experience as Maintenance Technician
- Basic understanding of Electrical, Air-Cond and Building
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Good physical condition and strength
- SPM or Sijil Kemahiran or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide Maintenance Services at Building
- Maintaining Electrical and Air-cond services
- Perform manual repairs when necessary ( repair and fix etc.)
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
