Requirements
Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-Bachelor's Degree
0-0
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Encourage fresh graduate to apply.
- Able to communicate with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Replenish office stationery or others whenever needed.
- Coordinate some HR related matter.
- Maintain office supplies for department
