Requirements
- Experience in a customer support role is a advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (writing and speaking) is a must
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Strong skills in communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow SOPs when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
- Keep records of all conversations in our ops center databases
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative
- Expand reseller business
